Amp Help

Im new to car audio Im adding an Alumapro Alusonic Ex 10in Sub to my truck with a custom sealed box. I have a Eclipse EA3422 and a Precision Power PC450 amp. WHat amp will work best for the sub. What gauge wire should I use. Can I use one of the amps to run my speakers.?? I have a Pioneer DEH-X6500BT stereo

yep, i'd suggest you bridge one channel on the eclipse for your sub, and use the precision pwr amp for your speakers

Thank you for the info. Why would I use a amp with less watts for the sub?? I read the the pp is 200 bridged and the eclipse is 123

should be the other way precision for sub and eclipse for mids and highs, both are 4 channel, use precision bridge if possible

Also what a good brand of wire that doesn't cost a lot.

yeah soz my bad, got them around the wrong way, more pwr for your sub, might even be worth getting two (also i'd suggest ported on such low pwr)

wire try audio technix or sky high cable both have stores in ebay, Audio technix is a little bit more but has more colorful cables if Sky high works for your need there is no need for Audio Technix but i think Audio technix has amp kits
