Amp help. . .

OK, I posted this in the 'speaker forum' and got no feedback, maybe putting it in here might help!

I got a set of Profi CS 265's but I have two amp options: a Kicker ZX350.2 or a JL 300/4.

I was originally going to go passive and use the Kicker. Now I'm thinking about going active or bi-amping(I don't know the difference!) and using the 300/4.

Can somebody give me opinions on which way to go with this set up!?!

I can't believe this! I've been steadily coming to this site for about 7 years and just joined to get help with this and nobody can help! ! ! You guys ****! ! ! Just kidding. . . I'm gunna run the 300/4 and run the tweets and mids on seperate channels. ANYONE have an opinion on this?

Do the jl, the quality of the amp is better than that of the kicker.

Hahahahahahah! Yeah, Josh, I decided to go with the 300/4 for the fact that I could use stock speaker wires for RCA's, plus I could crossover the mids and highs the way I want to, and even though I'm not a JL fanboy, I do believe they make great quality products! End Of Post!

if you dont know what Bi-Amping and Active are then I dont know what the **** you would be considering them for, obviously you arent really considering anything. You can get answers if you take 5 minutes of time to search

No kidding, the search works really good. . . However, I didn't find anything that worked in my situation. So, like I said I just needed help with a decision between two amps. Thanks for the time to post ur useless reply!

get the 300/4 but don't try going active. Its hard and not worth it if you're not trying to spend alot of time setting your soundstage up. Just run your speakers on 2 channels
