Did you try the JL website? I am not familar with JL amps.

yes! i heared they make a sheet for optimal settings it's not on the jl website anybody know what i'm talking about?

found the answer to my question but this amp has a bassboost knob that goes from 0-15 how do you set this is it bad to crank it up?

A large number of people do not use bass boost. I wouldn't recommend it.
