Amp help needed for Profi CS 265's

I got a set of CS 265's and have two amps I could use: a Kicker ZX350.2 or a JL 300/4. So, should I use the Kicker along with the crossovers the Profi's came with, or should I use the 300/4. Any help with this would be really appreciated!

I don't know the specs on the Kicker, but I'm thinking the 300/4 bridged will give you more power. I can't remember if you can bi-amp that x-over, but if you can, the only benefit in doing so is to attenuate the tweeter to match the mid. Bottom line: more power wins.

The Kicker manual said it does 125 x 2 @ 4 ohms(I think). But if I bi-amp this set up, can you give me some type of illustration on how to do that!?! I've never bi-amped, that I know of! Thanks.
