Hello i have a PZA1500.1 Crunch amp powering up 2 CVR124's. My dad came home last night and told me that the subs turned off on him... I went to check out the subs and touch the amp and it was blazing hot! (hot enough to cook some eggs on there!) Any suggestions on why this is happening? Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank You in advance

Check the ground and all connections to the subs. I have a class a amp I ran with 2 10 cvr 4s did the same thinv because of a loose wire at one of the terminals on the subs.

Easiest way to test for low voltage is to play heavy bass music and see if the voltage drops below 12.5 -14.4V while the engine is running, measured at the amp power terminals. You should have at least 12.5V while running, preferably 13 - 14.4V.

YEA i actually do have my lights dim to the music lol so i will into that see what i can do.. Would a capacitor take care of this problem?
caps only make the problem worse they are a marketing scheme. first off search "big 3" on here, its the first step to upgrading your electrical. if that doesn't fix it look into getting a battery in the back
