Amp has power, but subs have no sound

I had read many of the other similar threads prior to posting but none seemed to help me. Right now I have a Rockford P2D2 12" sub connected to an SPL amp. I have a Crossfire amp that works perfectly with the exact same wiring I have in my car. I can put all of the wires in my Crossfire the same way I do my other amps and it works great. However, I can't get sound out of my sub with my SPL amp or the two Power Acoustik amps I had before. All of my connections are secure. It has nothing to do with my RCAs not getting signal because my other amp wouldn't work if this were the case. No wires are touching. My Crossfire is a 2 channel amp which I bridge, whereas the other amps are single channel. The SPL amp I have is rated much higher than my sub, and I don't know if this could have an effect, but the ratings on cheaper amps are often exaggerated anyway. If I don't find an answer here I will probably take it to an audio tech, but even a somewhat reputable car audio company here told me my amp was defective. I listened to them and ordered a new one... and another new one. The amp is not defective. It is a completely new amp so fuses shouldn't be a problem. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! Thank you

Update: I just went outside with my phone and used an aux to RCA cord to play directly through my amp and I got a very very weak bass signal through my sub. It was barely audible but it was working. Could the preout voltage on my head unit have an effect? And why would my RCAs work fine in my Crossfire amp? Thanks

how far do you have the gained turned up

Adjust your bass in the radio, turn it up a little, some radios barely let bass signals pass through the RCAs on the radioif not turned on or up. I made this mistake once on my alpine, had the gains all the way up and when I finally found out how to get the radio to send bass to the RCA out, I needed a new pair of shorts and windshield lmao
