Amp getting rather hot

Pretty Cheap /invested setup,It works! ya some washers under there will get some air under there and help out alot. Ive been doing that since the late 80s and have had great experiences from doing something as little as that keep things operating a bit cooler and lasting longer

But it does sound dang good for only 250 watts. Thanks for your help. I'll keep an eye on my amp. I'll try to mount it for better airflow. Thanks man

I believe it sir..My old school Autotek BTS 7150s/75x2 bridged @2ohms mono will slamm a pair of 1k 12s to death!!LOL. I think you will be just fine man.You can always add a small fan if need be for cheap also.And easily..power wire to remote off the amp and ground to ground.Turns on when amp turns on and off when amp goes off/power on/off of the radio

Getting warm is one thing getting too hot to touch is another.raise it up with washers like audiobaun stated or two strips of wood and invest $10.00 more for a small fan.well worth it.
