amp fuses blowing trying to play 32hz sine wave

A voice coil is not a resistor, it's an inductor. So as the frequency changes the impedence changes....usually rises towards higher frequencies but at some point it'll fall below the coil resistance.
That's one of the best ways I've heard that explained.

+ cool point.

usually if your ohms drops too low the amp will shut off from protect not blow a fuse... usually when you blow a fuse from playing something it becase the fuse can't handle the draw... what size wiring do you have, what size fuse?

i haven't checked with a multimeter but the amp gains are only at about 1/4 of the way up, and the bass boost is turned all of the way down.
Do it.....its safer and could solve your problem. If the gains are set slightly too high the 0db test tone could overdraw more then the fuse can handle....however it should have blown the onboard fuses as well....
Wiring and fuse specs?
