Amp for TC OEM10?

Just bought an OEM10 for the new car and was looking at amps. I've been planning to buy an Alpine PDX 1.1000 well before the build even started, but i've since had second thoughts. The Alp is a bit overrated because of the name, and so I was looking at other amps that can do 850 to 1000 WRMS @2ohms. I was looking at the Sundown SAZ-1500D. Is this amp underrated perchance? Also, what other options do I have? I'm looking to save a bit here and there on this install because i've still got plenty more to buy, so a little saving goes a long way for me. I just don't want to pay close to $500 for the Alpine when there are better choices out there for less.

the saz 1500d is a solid amp.

look for audio neon's threads on his setup. he has two oems on that amp so im sure he can give you a review.

and those subs can take plenty of power. like 1kw+.
