Amp for Sound Splinter RL-p 12" D2?

So I am going to buy one of these subs, and obviously need an amp to go with it. What kind amp would be good? I am looking for something good, but fairly cheap..thanks alot. Price range is probably $200, $250 max.

I am using a orion D1200 (600 watts rms) on my 15" RL-p D2. It sounds great and is getting plenty of power.

On PG's website..it say's that the Xenon series is discontuined. But on woofersetc.com they have them..

I'm really not qualified to comment on any other PG lines, or really any other amps for that matter (well I've listened to a Cadence in a friends system and it was nice too). This is my first system that I'm putting together and the first car audio amp I've had, but so far it seems solid and sounds great. However, from reading on the forum I seem to recall less than stellar reports on the Octane-R series, but this is second hand info, so take it with a grain of salt.

punch 75 from RF is $200 shipped at cardomain, diamond d3 600.1 on ebay is around there, xt2000d from usamps is very close to 250 as well.
