amp for slc265's

I bought a Kicker kx120.2 for them for like 50 on ebay, but now i'm afraid I will be underpowering them.

Will this Kicker work well?

Should I bite the bullet and get a different amp?

I'll be running them with an AA Arsenal 12 with a zx750.1 and no rear deck.

I don't necessarily care if they're super loud, I just want good SQ and a nice blend with the sub.

I dunno if it would hurt them, But I am planning to put a rated 90 watts a piece on them ( probably well over 100) from an Usamps 2080. If I were you I would look for atleast 2x75.

What you will probably notice is the ability of the speakers to maintain clarity and detail at higher volumes. Headroom is a good thing. An honest 150 watts should yield better results for you as you will be able to give them sufficient power and keep the gains low. it says on the rainbow site that they're 100 rms and 150 max. wouldn't those amps put the speakers in danger of blowing?

why a 4 channel amp?

I'm obviously a noob.

also would a kx200.2 be good? should i go even bigger?

just set your gains accordingly and you will be fine.
