amp for rl-ps

I have a freind getting 2 12 rl-ps. I'm not sure what voice coils hes getting though. He asked me what amp he should get so any suggestions. Also the box will most likely be sealed around 1-1.5 ft cubed per chamber.

the price range is up to 400-450. and the voice coils are most likely going to be daul 4s

A used PG Tantrum 1200.1 would fit the bill perfectly...

For dual 4 ohms my suggestion would be the ED nine.1, orion 1200D, used diamond audio 1500.1 or tantrum 1200.1. Or a RE 12.1 but no one has given a review yet. Or he can be drop some more cash and get a DD M1( will be to the stated limits of the rl-ps).

its a sealed box i made to fit in the well of my ***** am. its about 2.9 ft^3 before speakers and 2.6 net, common chamber. would have been a HUGE pita to design a ported box for my car, and believe me, it gets loud sealed in a hatchback. i'd say im in the neighborhood of 143-145 db.

2 d4 12's btw, nine.1 is at 1 ohm

hell if you want to drive 3 hours each way you can hear it lol. i dont know how good your electrical system is, but i was having major charging problems, i went to a 31 series optima yellow top and a 200 amp excesive amperage alternator, 0/1 gauge to the back split into 4 gauge for my amps, no more problems.
