Amp for rear fill?

I'm getting Rainbow CMX 265's and plan to run them at 150-200, which I apparently can only really do with a bridged 4 channel or a 2 channel. I'd like some kind of rear fill, but does this really mean I'd need a tiny little 2 channel amp just for them? Do people really have three amps if they want rear fill and fronts that run over like 100?

i have my fronts and rear fill on a 5 chan amp fronts on 2 chans fill on 2 and midbass on the sub channel
