Amp for raindow's and eclipse's

I have a pair of Eclipse SE8365 coaxial speakers in the rear of my Altima and a pair of Rainbow SLX 265.02 components in the front. The Eclipse's are rated at 40w RMS and the Rainbow's at 60w RMS. They sound good coming from my Panasonic HU, but i want to hear their real potential. I'm looking to spend $150-200 on a 4-channel amp but have no idea at what RMS I should be looking for in an amp. If you have any suggestions for an amp please help!

a nice 50 x4 or 75 x4rms amp is all you need....

ALright that helps me out a lot. What are some brands that I should be loking for in the $150-200 range. ANy suggestions would help.

I plan on buying an Avionixx 440.4 for my comps. It will sort of match the 9.1 in looks.

i think they are rated at 85x4 at 4ohm. i think thye are goin for 160 at woofersetc
