Amp for Polk speakers.

My friend doesn't have e-mail or even the net so I'm posting this for him. All help is appreciated, and he'll be checking it periodically from other comps and having me reply.

He is getting a pair of Polk Audio db675 speakers (60W RMS, 180W peak) and a pair of Polk Audio db6750 speakers (100W RMS, 300 peak) and is having a hard time picking an amplifier.

He has come up with some ideas, like 2 Polk Momo Carbon C300.2 amp. He would get one for each pair of speakers.

Or he thought maybe a Phoenix Gold x100.4 amplifer.

He is open to any new suggestions, and wants me to thank you for any help.

when picking a comp amp, any amp of decent quality that puts out the power you want will do. Just pick the one that either is cheaper or looks cooler.

I was looking at the Phoenix and it's a class A/B amp, and I'm afraid it might overheat on him. I also found a 100.4 amp from Polk I'm going to suggest to him.
