Amp for PLW15D2?

I got a new DB Drive PLW15D2 and my current amp isnt one ohm stable, and doesnt put out enough at four ohm. I was thinking about getting a AP1500D for it but i've heard mixed reviews. For electrical I have: Optima Red Top under the hood, 140amp alternator, big 3, and 4gauge runs to the back. Any suggestions on a good amp for less than 200$? I dont mind buying used but i'd prefer to buy new. Thanks.
