Amp For PG RSDs

I have the Eclipse EA4000 for my PG RSD 6.5cs and RSD 6.5 coaxials. It's rated for 75x4 at 4 Ohms. It seems to be a decent amp and they are going for around 110.00 on Ebay right now. The new XA series is a bit stronger but at twice the cost.

I would recommend an amp that puts out at least 100wRMS per channel @ 4ohms for the RSD's. I run mine off 150wRMS per side and they eat it up! Pioneer makes some good 2 channels for cheap. The GM5300 (I believe) puts out 125w x 2channels at 4ohms and it's $150 brand new, more like $90-100 on ebay.

I run mine off a PDX2.150, which is an awesome 2 channel Class D, but it cost me $230 new, so that's probably out of your range. Alpine's MRP-F250 is a great little amps for $110 that puts out 180RMS/channel in bridged 2 channel mode @ 4 ohms.

Hope this helps! Good luck!
