just slightly over the budget, but its a great amp. I would definately look for more than 300 watts to run to that, especially sealed..

If it is newly purchased, I'd try to exchange it for a dual-4. That way you can pick something up that puts out your power at 2 ohms instead of 4. Should be a bit cheaper.
