Amp for MB Quarts?

I recently purchased a set of MB Quart DSE 216 component speakers and MB Quart DKD 116 speakers for the rear of my car. The 216's are rated at 120w RMS and the 116's at 50w RMS. Now, I know I can run a 4 channel amp to these but I have no idea of what RMS the amp should be running at. I know if I go to low I risk blowing the speakers, but I also know you can do the same if I go too high. BTW...The speakers are all 4-ohm. Please help!

The DSE's will handle anything from 50-120watts rms. so get something that does 4x50wrms at 4ohms. I have 75watts going to my premiums and they are loud as all hell.
