amp for id max

I've been looking at the phoenix gold R15 and the kenwood KAC-X811D for my 12" idmax, any suggestions/other recommendations? I don't want to spend any more than 250, hopefully less.

Elemental Designs Nine.2X is $265 shipped from eD direct (probably less if you use a forum discount coupon). Conservatively-rated at 600 x 1 @ 4 ohm @ 12V
