Me too. Except i don't think the crunch would like to ran at .35 daily.

pretty sure it wont work under .5 ohms but im waiting to get mine and ill see how low i can get one to go on a good electrical

no, a d2 wires to 1 and 4 ohm

a d1 wires to .5 and 2 ohms

And I still say that you should get a used kicker kx/zx 2500.1, that would be your best bet.

doesnt matter i havent bought it yet. i can go either way im determining that part from the amp

Now if you are looking for a cheaper amp to power it at 1 ohm, which is what a d2 wires down to, I would suggest the crunch. They can be had for ~400 shipped bnib.

You do know also, that you will have to beef up your electrical some as well if you planning running 2.5-3k right?
