Amp for Fi:SSD

Well I'm looking at getting 2 1-ohm 15" Fi SSD subs. The subs are 800 RMS, but their are videos of them getting 1200 RMS just fine. I want to run them at 1-ohm to a stable amp. I was looking at a Rockford Fosgate T1500-bd which pushes 1500W x 1-ohm, but Rockford amps are usually underrated so I think this is a good match. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i think you should get a tad more power like a saz-2500 or something along those lines..

Darren, I don't know if you have heard my SSD 10s setup but I had 2k going to both my copper coils SSDs. Doesn't get hot at all after 2 hours of testing.

So OP, they can take that power but just watch the size of the box.

The RF 1500.1 would work just fine. I'd imagine closer to 1700 if you maintain 14.4.

AQ 2200 or something similar would also work if you want extra headroom.

I never used anything from Sundown audio, they any good? The SAZ-2000D will put 1000W per sub which is a good number.

What size box should I use? Any suggestions?
