I'd reconmend using a sony explod amp from walmart......

then you need an amp that puts out power at 2 ohms, a Kicker ZX-1000 wouldn't be a bad choice.

on the fi car audio site what are the extras that would make much difference? like witht he Fi Q yoiu can add bp power..wondering what benefit that would be. SSD's offer copper or flatwind coil and that bp power again. can you guys steer me in the right direction. i love the FI Q's but if upgrading the SSD can get me close to it i'll get them

I would get a 2000wrms amp. I'm pushing my 15" ssd with 1100wrms and it handles it very well
