Amp for Fi Q12

Im in the process of putting together a system for my '02 Trailblazer...i've decided on a single Q12...just wondering whether i should get the "BP Power" option? Im also looking for an amp for the sub...any suggestions? Price range is about 400-500...

only need about 1200w i got my used amp for my gf's car for only 190 and it works great, maybe a re 35.1 or better audio m1600 they can usually be had for cheap or a used/new massive audio p1500.1. unless you really want a new amp then maybe a soundstream pca 1000d

I'll take a look at those amps but yeh, i definately wanna go with a new one...any suggestions on the BP Power option?

Sundown SAZ-1500D, Merlin MD2, Kicker ZX 1500.1

i think im leaning towards the Sundown SAE-1000D , Sundown SAZ-1500D, or Orion 1200D...would either of these amps require me to upgrade my alternator?...Any reasons why i SHOULDNT get one of these amps? Also what exactly does the BP Power option do?
