I haven't used an amp for my component speakers and was wondering how does it work when my door speakers are 60 wrms and my 6x9s are 100wrms?

should i just get an amp around 60wrms x 4 @ 2 ohms?

also the other option i was looking at was the alpine ktp-445 plug and play amp,http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13746_7-10141821-48.html.

I am looking for more volume in them but also having an amp power them would have better SQ right?

Any suggestions would be great.

what model speakers are you running? most are a 4ohm final load and a decent set can usually handle a little more or a lot more) than their advertised ratings. that cadence amp is a great little amp and will probably suit you nicely.
