Amp for AQ SD2.5

Well im getting a AQ SD2.5, its a dual 4ohm sub. so i was thinking about using a MA Audio M1889I, to power this sub since the sub is 500watts RMS and said to be able to take 1000watts rms. So is the M1889I a good enough amp for now? All i have is about $150 to spend on a amp. And I dont want to one off ebay either. I know the MA wouldnt put out its rated power as people say, but i need a amp for now to power the SD2.5, until i can upgrade later. & for $100 it seems pretty decent for me.

All opinons and suggestions are appreciated.

i was also considering that amp or another amp that does 500watts @ 2ohm, but i want to give the sd2.5 atleast 800-1000watts RMS.

i upgraded to a 900watt phoenix gold amp, and noticed no difference at all.
