I just purchased an Infinity perfect 12.1 subwoofer. Now I need an amp to power it. here are the specs.

Power Handling, Peak: 1400W

Power Handling, RMS: 350W

Sensitivity: 96dB (In car)

Frequency Response (+ 1.5dB): 18Hz – 150 Hz

Frequency Response (+ 3dB): 15Hz – 150Hz

Impedance: 4 Ohm

I just want a "good" amp that will power the infinity @ its full potential. On the other hand I dont want to have to deal with dimming lights so I dont want anything that is not necessary

im looking to pay no more than $300. please let me know what brand or wattage I should go with. thanks

I wouldn't go much over the rated rms of 350. Some say the perfects don't like to much power. I have one that I have a USX 2100 bridged to 300rms I'm happy with, it's a pretty inexpensive amp. I'd say any amp that pushes between 300 and 400wrms should be fine, I've never pushed more than 300 to mine. Good luck CC
