amp for a stroker

as the title states i am in need of an amp to push a 12" stroker (refer here for sub information). i have searched all over this forum and have read some mixed reviews on different amps. anyways, i have a budget of around 300 canadian...so like 260 american(with shipping etc). i was considering a 1200d from ike sound, however im not sure they are the most reputable company , plus there out of the 1200d at the moment. The other option i have been considering is Power Acoustik A2400DB. i did a price match from sounddomain.com and the final price came out to be $246.49 USD. would this be a suitable amp for the money, or is their something better out there in the same price range that would suit this particular sub better?

I don't have any other suggestions, so I shouldn't talk, but I haven't heard many good things about power acoustik amps. I wanted one, and everyone said there was better for the money. Funny, no one ever told me the better... anyway, have you checked out hifonics? a guy in my town is selling a Orion HCCA225R for 60 bucks. is this a good deal? and would this be suficent enought to power it safely(without clipping etc.) until i can afford a more powerful amp, or should i just save my money
