you do not need 7000-10000 rms watts to any solo-x if your getting an 18" do as your sn says orionforlife pick up 2 orion 2500d will run you around $800

No,the cost about 850-1000 bucks,just shop around,the 5 thousand dollar amp u think of is the Maxximus,wich is basically 2 goliaths in one case!Pure power from the gods u might say!
