specs:

4 ohm

power range: 50-175 watts RMS each

peak power: 400 watts

frequency response: 18-400 Hz

my buddy is looking for a decent cheap amp to power these. I know this question is broad and can get several different answers, but I am just looking for some suggestions to give him.

Also they will be put in the extened cab part of his ranger. Should he port them or go sealed?

Thanks in advance.

i know these subs are not up to par with most of the talk on this site, but that doesn't mean you can't throw some suggestions in.

I am just trying to help out a young friend that is just getting into audio who bought his first subwoofers(used).

Thanks.

I had/have a pair of these, I used to throw 300 watts at 'em all day long:D
