Amp for 15" BTL full loaded

Ok I just convinced my buddy to ditch his junk and redo his system.

He has decided to go with a 15" btl all options.

Now he wont listen to me and wants to know what a is a good solid amp to power this.

He has not ordered the sub yet so coil config can be anything.

looking for around 3kw+ so lets hear what you would run.

that sub will handle about anything you throw at it. The real question is how much is he willing to spend on it.

The kicker is a nice amp but not enough power.

I had a 2500d and hated it so I will not let a friend buy one. also warrenty issues would be a nightmaire.
