is it any way that if i get the 2001 model bd1500 that i could send it back to rf company and get subsonic filter that comes on the 2002 model 1500bd? if so, what would the upgrade price range be? or is the filter reallyworth doing this for?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

if you are running subs in a ported box, the SSFilter is something to have.. so it doesn't play to low and throw everything outta whack cuz it's not tuned to go SOOOOOO low..

plus why make it push the extra power to an inaudible range of freq's ?

well you cant set it to go like to a certain level i dont think. it just cuts off power after a certain point. and yes thats what the filter is for. probably cost you 20 bucks or less to buy.

well theres a new one on ebay but it comes with an equalizer. its made by eclipse. the whole thing costs 50. i dont remember where i saw the ss filter. it was just one of those things i saw as i was scrolling down the page. there was another post on this topic recently and it said i think the same price but not where to find it.
