Amp feedback noise when cold

I have a fosgate t30001bd. Had it since new in 2004. I am currently experiencing this issue where I will get a feedback noise from the sub when it's 50 degrees or colder outside. It sounds exactly like the feedback you would hear when a mic is too close to the speaker at a concert. Once the amp warms up everything sounds fine.

I've popped the cover off and didn't notice any burn marks anywhere. I'm thinking the feedback is caused from a bad solder connection somewhere.

Does anybody have any other ideas?

Thanks.
