amp decision?

I have a single sundown zv3 on an saz1500. I'm wanting to add a second sub in the future. So when I do should I get a good 4k amp or just get another saz1500 along with the one I have?

i would just get another 1500 and strap them

Wait I just realized I'd have to wire them to 0.5 ohm because two d2's can't see one ohm right? So would I be able to have two 1500's strapped on two d2's to .5?? Or can they handle .5?

Wire the subs to 2 ohms or .5 if you have the electrical to back it

na you could strap 2 d2s to a 2ohm final load(1ohm each amp) like all amps strap, now it you had 1 d2 then you would be strapped to a 1ohm final load(each amp would be at .5ohm)

Pretty sure you'd wire each sub to 4 ohms and both subs in parallel, final total impedance of 2 ohms so each strapped amp will see 1 ohm.
