D. Lanzar Opti2000d 700 @ 4 and 1100 @ 2 (1600/1.3 and 2600/0.5)

E. US MD2 (probably low) 550 @4 and 1000 @2 (1500/1)

F. Sundown SAZ-1500d

A little searching and you'll probably find any of these under 400 bucks shipped.
