amp crossover settings

hello all new here to the site.

I recently installed a new system in my truck and I am a little confused on the crossover settings. The head unit is an alpine 9853, amp is an alpine mrv-f450 5 channel, alpine components type s in front, type s coxial in the rear with 2 10" p1 fosgate subs. It sounds great but I want to make sure it's right.

So my question is what do I set the front crossover to 50-200 hz?

what do I set the rear crossovers at 50-200 hz?

channel 5 has 3 subsonic setting off/15hz/30hz which one do I set it at?

and

channel 5 sub crossover 30-400hz what should i set that at?

if the box the subs are in is sealed leave the subsonic filter off

but other than that low pass the subs at aobut 80 then the components high passed at 80 adjust it from there till it sounds good
