I have a 240 watt, 2-ohm stable stereo BOSS amplifier that some of the internal parts are burnt up. The numbers are burnt off and i cant find the right parts. The guys at radio shack said its probably a transistor or a voltage regulator. They are little black square things with three metal prongs that are sodered to the chipboard. Do you know what they are?

they are probly either mosfet (metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors) or bipolar transistors, if you don't even know what these are, put the cover back on and send it to a shop or give it to me for parts... =)

oh, and NEVER TRUST ANYTHING RADIOSHACK PERSONEL SAYS!!! they are total retards, and besides i am 99% sure you won't be able to order replacement part there, you'll have to go to like mouser.com or something...
