I have a small 2ch Arc amp that powers a single 8" sub. The fuse is broken. Then i replaced the fuse, but once i start my car the fuse broke again. I did it twice and same thing happened. Is my amp broken? Is it possible to fix it?

same thing happened to me, and look what i found stuck to a piece of metal in my engine bay

Just look inside you're engine bay for any wires touching metal, the heat from metal parts can melt the wire coating.

ha ha at least u didnt do what i did 5 years back. my power wire melted off of my headers. and arc'd off of some random metal tube blew my fuse. i just thought i pulled too much power through the wire being i was using my solo x. but nope. i didnt notice the wire, hooked up the wire no fuse for bout 5 seconds and i just saw a trail of smoke going all the way to the back of the car. luckily nothing burnt just the coating on the wire was a lil melted. no damage thank god lol
