my amp is rated at:

45wrms x 4 @ 4 ohms

75wrms x 4 @ 2 ohms

it is bridgeable to produce:

150wrms x 2 @ 4 ohms

I'd like to know if i could further bridge the output to produce

300wrms x 1 @ 8 ohms

I'd also like to know if it's find to connect the 4 channel output of the heat unit to speakers and an amp in parallel. Therefore having speakers powered by the headunit with the same output going to an amp.

Cheers.

That amp does not have the RCA summing feature. You will have to use RCA splitters at the amp. If you already have that, then check the gains.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
