Amp blown?

my amp is getting full power, everything is grounded well, wires are good, as far as i know, subs are receiving signal, but the amp isn't putting out any power. It makes a clicking sound and my remote knob power light fades in and out. any suggestions?

take a DMM and measure voltages. disconnect speaker wires and measure VAC on the output while playing a 50Hz tone. disconnect the remote knob as well - a bad connection on the knob will cause a reduction in output (maybe a loss in output).

I pulled my volt meter out, and I'm getting 14 volts at the battery, and from the wire to the fuse from the battery. from the fuse to the amp, I'm only getting 8
