amp and sub wiring

i have two DVC 4 ohm subs, 500 RMS each, wired to an amp that's :

600 RMS @ 4 ohms

950 RMS @ 2 ohms

1500 RMS @ 1 ohm

should I be running at 4 or 2 ohms to get the most power through my subs?

Wire the subs down to 1 ohm

sets your gains properly and it won't just because an amp says it does 1500 at 1 ohm doesn't mean you have to set it up to give you 1500 watts

yes use an rms voltage chart set the gain so speaker output voltage reads no more than 35 no less than 32 AC volts at 50hz

what subs?

im getting off i am sure someone will tell you all the details tho

yeah search google for how to set amplifier gains. There will be something way better thought out than a few sentence someone writes in this thread. and btw don't be afraid on ask question on here. You will be some not so nice poeple but you can weed through those people to the comments that will help you.
