Can't recommend anything specific, other than share that I always run LED strips at lower than max voltage. Seems they last longer that way.

For the home, I use lower-voltage wall warts. For car, I'd use a DC-DC adapter with switchable/selectable voltages.

That is awesome and the kits are not even expensive. Only thing is drilling 1000 holes to hot glue them into place. Acid relapse trigger kit.

They can be hit or miss depending on how much and time you spend on it.

I used Oracle Lighting, expensive but worked for trim, they also have under glow lights, halo, head lights.

I got my pros and cons but it seems like the OP won't be return...lol
