Am i the only one that hates selling things?

I'm a good salesman, provided I'm working in an area I have knowledge in.
Like at BestBuy, I've gotten kids to spend 3x the amount they were planning to spend, because of flashy lights and brightly colored stickers, and I don't even work there.

I used to work for qwest and i was in the sales dept, I was good and loved it.. My check was based of off how many sales I made. Really to get sells you just have to kick back and be personal with the customer.

For example when I would get a customer I get their location and various info. Lets say I get someone from Denver Co. Id be like So how about them broncos and they get all excited.

Haha sometimes I'd trail off and just have a conversation with a customer for awhile if its a cool person. Im glad my managers never listened to those calls.

I had the same feelings at first too, when I started at Circuit City years back...

Retards... I just sold them shit. People who were genuinely interested... and wanted to get the best for their money (and not mommy and daddy's money)... I would turn them onto other shit like online stuff...

When I worked at the actual shop... I just did what I needed to do... and let the sales guys do their deals...

I work at a Hot Topic in the local mall and buy alot of shit from the Buckle which sells a ton of Affliction clothing, well, they're on commission there and the guy who deals with most of the Affliction gear has my waist size committed to memory and comes over to my store to tell me when they get new jeans in (like, 175-300 dollar jeans). i walk in that place and just see me paycheck disappear. http://afflictionclothing.com/

One time I went into tmobile determined to buy a phone. And the guys all this ones pretty good. He then proceeded to tell me its cheaper at walmart. I guess he had all his commision for the month.

you work at tmobile? And I know this certain place payed there employees commission cause my step sister worked there.

Maybe this guy was a manager or something and didnt work off commision
