Yeah. He shipped it by some unknown I never heard of called Purolator, I told him that was an oil filter in the usa haha. Anyways he emailed me back and I asked him what we could do, filed a claim or..? this just sucks bad.
Just to let everyone know, Mark has been in constant contact with me thismorning. If all is well and working he is going to offer a small refund for the problem. He offered this and I did not have to ask. Also if there is more damage as in "internal damage" then he will file a claim with the shipping company.
