Well the A7 arrived today. Lots of shipping damage. It was put in it's oem box with no box around it nothing. Was dropped so hard one corner is all bent up, looks like the fuses came out when it was dropped, there are waterspots on the heatsing... screws were loose in the box and scratched the bottom all to crap "not that the bottom matters that much but it is the pricipal of it, screws should not have been loose"... Ah crap. I feel like poo. I wrote a few emails to Mr. Bruno, all kind. I just wanna get this resolved somhow. I am totally heartbroken. First peice of audio I was emotional to get in a long time. I am back in North Carolina right now and have my digital cam but my wife took pics for me with her camera phone. Man life sucks for me right now. Holy Hell!!! Yea that is some TERRIBLE luck man....shit!! It looks the Canadian border inspectors played frisbe with it!! I really am sorry for you dude. I hope President Bruno is cooperative. Was that amp supposed to be BNIB??? It looks dirty on the heatsink fins.

It was used but guaranteed to be in perfect cosmetic condition and working order.... There was not even padding in the box, and it was just in the box it came in... not sure what to make of it all but trying to keep a level head until he replies to my emails

Just be glad that it was a mounting "foot" and not a huge gash on the top of it or fried internals.

Thats still pretty stupid though, just thrown in the box sliding around.

Insurance is only good if the item is properly packaged.

Which is sounds like it was not in this case.

I know for a fact UPS requires 4" of foam surrounding any piece of electronics for them to even consider paying out an insurance claim.
