Am i getting scammed out of subs? Sent money never got anything? Weird situation.

Is there a statute of limitations on good business? What has our great nation come to? Next thing you know, men will be getting married, and killing a baby with a coat hanger will be legal.

 
of course they are scamming you. you said you were informed they still had them in the last year. The subs were bought and paid for by you....now I can understand a very small storage fee or something (not really), but at the very least a refund since they sold YOUR subs you bought, and yes, i would like to know who is doing you this way.

 
this is my own 2 cents . i dont think what the company is doing is even close to proper business, so for that reason then name should be disclossed . also by makeing the public aware it my help you get your issue resolved. however i dont think you are intitled to the 550 or the quivalant value in subs or merchandise, the reason is because it was your fault for not picking the item or paying additional monies for shiping, so lets say the company sold the product after 1yr of it being left behind they were able to to sell it for 250.00 weather it being because of the item specifics or just to move it quick just to get ride of it i think you should get that money back.

 
You paid for product, product was not delivered (regardless of the reason), you get your money back or you get product. Pretty simple if you ask me. Name drop or dont makes no difference to me as long as it gets resolved. If, however, this situation does not come to a mutually beneficial resolution i vote to drag their name through the mud.....forever.

 
Seriously, 2 f'n years bro? Come on.. I would've resold them too.

At which point I would've refunded the money. Their playing dumb and don't really gaf....It's been 2 years and they know you can't do sh!!t about it.

 
Nobody is scamming anybody. I asked Brandon about it this morning (and I had asked him last week but he forgot) and he hadn't got to the message yet due to high volume; he replied earlier. I do not do all customer interaction e-mails anymore or even the majority of them; there are alot of messages to go through.
