With my amp rack I used both stainless and aluminum

brackets are aluminum and the logo is stainless.

Wish I could say that I did this but it is my car... Chad from Xtreme Audio and Design in AZ did this for me. He was a great guy too, hope he can do my doors soon. I wanted something to hold the trim piece to the baffle and also that looked cool. He had a sheet of aluminum and a router. He made a ring from mdf then used it for a template.

there used to be a guy around my area who was making enclosures out of aluminum i think but it was some metal for sure. the box sounded great and it was solid no flexing or anything but what hurt him was that he was charging around a 1000 for a regular sized 2 12 box 4 to 5 cubes
