I wont to know if putting a Biger or smaller Wheel on my Alternator will make more Power to run my System better. ?

A smaller "overdrive pulley" will. But it will also strain your alt. more and possibly shorten its life span.

How would it put more strain on it?

Some alternators are made to take speed of up to 10k rpm if i remember maybe i'm wrong but i know its way faster then any car can make it turn.

It can also cause the alt to spin too fast at interstate speeds (3k RPM) and the result can be a voltage going over 15 that could damage your electrical.

if your regulator is working properly it shouldn't.

put a pulley off a buick on my silverado alt. and it helped greatly at idle. I could def. tell a difference sitting at stop lights. but now i must get a bigger alt. as my system has grown a little big for stock.....
