Alternator Whine

I am having an issue with my 2006 Corvette Z06 (Alumnium Chassis) and an awful alternator whine. Before we start this is what I am running (I installed everything myself):

Head Unit - Kenwood DDX 719

Speakers - Arc Audio Components and Coaxials

Amps - Pioneer GM-D8601 (mono) & Pioneer GM-8604 (4 Channel)

Alpine Type R 10"

Reverse Camera

4 gauge power wire

8 gauge ground wires

8 gauge power wires

12 gauge speaker wire

I get alternator whine when the car is powered on. If its in accessory mode its perfectly fine. I have my amps powered off my battery (located in rear) and on a distribution block (4 gauge power into two 8 gauge powers). The mono amp is grounded to the driver side seat bolt. I have no problems with this amp. Now on the 4 channel I have it grounded on the battery negative bolt right on the hump behind the passenger seat. I have messed around with unplugging my RCAs from the 4 channel and when I do it seems to rid the alternator whine. I have also grounded the amp to the passenger seat bolt and the ground location right on the side of the car behind the passenger seat. So discovering this. I went ahead and added two GLI which did not work. So then I went ahead with installing a inline noise filter on the back of the head unit which again did not fix my problem. This is my 2nd Pioneer D8604 amp as the first one had a bad heat sink and would put it into protect constantly. They both had the alternator whine so that was not different. The new one I have had zero problems with it going into protect from the heat.

My main concern is what do you think could be causing this alternator whine? If I turn the music up loud enough the sound goes away, but at low volumes its really annoying.

the ground is grounded directly to the negative battery terminal cable. so yes. I have my rcas prob (i think) at least 6" if not more. I will double check but I'm sure i have them away a good distance. If that's not the cause then what else do you recommend?
