so i can put up a 200a alternator and just put in 2 batteries and that wont f**k up my electrical system or anything in my car?

The electrical will only benefit from it, as long as you install it properly...

what makes it right? + terminal to + ternimal and Negative termina to negative terminal? them just take out the stock alternator and put in the new 1? wouldn't it be easier/ safer to get an isolator
